This is pretty strange...

As you can see, it's pretty odd that the level 36 amulet is better than the 43 one, since the 43 one is the refined version of the level 36 amulet. Just pretty strange that this might be the case with other jewelry. 

 

Now, I know the 36 one takes more materials and is blue but come on, it's 7 levels lower.

 

 

NOTE: It's probably not a bug, but just incase I listed it here incase any changes are made.

might be cos the lvl 36 is rare and 43 is fine. :P

That was my assumption, but it still doesn't seem right:p

I've checked these items and the distribution is right, as Rare items have more 'punch' than Fine items. So low level Rares can be better than higher level Fines (up to a point). 

 

We have moved to a new item template that we feel is better, but we shall not be retro-actively altering old items as Players already have optimized their characters with the old item format.
