Lower on Hit regen in Ta

Hi i was wondering if anyone else got a lower regen inside TA (during pvp/PL), with my weapon and marauder I get 250hp per hit (20504 hp with defensive stance), 148 from sword, the rest from Hp/marauder talent. I also regen 76 mp  per hit outside TA with marauder and crusade. Inside TA however i only get about 210 hp per hit i think, and it drops down to about  50mp per hit (tested on PL). Why does this happen? Does it have to do with the leveler buff you get in TA?

whenever in combat your hp and mana regen drops regardless of whether it's PvP or PvE

PvP - TA - 30% regain lose ment for blanceing of pvp aspec inclouded with healing skill's.

 

Mp/HP Leech - Healing skill effect underdebuff - sadly no icon or any way see what effecting this other then trying track down old fourm post explaned this.

 

Luke refering to Mana per hit - Hp per hit ratio not regen talen based - show comabt gain.

 

Almandian - HoH = 81 Pure - during pvp HoH gain is 61 or so

Range 1.5% Mana regain + combat gains - geting 20 less Mana gains during pvp - Battle fild or TA.

 

Combat mana gain Out side PvP Zone = 75 - in PvP zone 61

HoH - 84 pure Almandian is - Gain from it = 65 or so.

 

Old Posted explained debuff on healing - HP/MP gains around 30% reduction. Bad memory some one track down old posted - hopefully Dev might anwser,

Yeah, my mana regen from Endurance got lowered in TA as well. Reported it but no reply from the developer yet.

But I'm not sure about heal on hit since I didn't use almadine.

It's not a bug, all heals, damage and regens are lower in PVP for balance reasons.
