Does anybody know what "Frag. Stash" is about? Is that a new implementation? Something related to selling components perhaps?

The Frag stash is part of the New stuff in Realm Chests... These are not bound so can sell...
Also part of this Global event... Global event stashes are bound so can not be sold or traded

Frag Stashes fulfill a need, ie fragments for composing. They are a desirable addition to FS.
Not composing ? You should start. If already auto-dropping, just include auto-frag in Character-- Preferences (and save).
