I entered the beetle cave in othallo earlier today when the screen went all black, failing to load.

 

I waited but nothing happened, so i closed the client. 

 

On restart, it hung at "loading header"

 

I uninstalled the client, re-downloaded - but now it 'failed to load' with 'terminal error at stage: CLIENT'

 

nothing found using diagnostic tool.

 

 

 

This is also happening when i try the browser

Net Cache: false

Im getting this as well on client. Game isn't going past initialize on browser either

Same here:

For troubleshooting and checking if it's the same region, we should collect our ISP's and the country we are in.

ISP: German Telekom

Region: Northern Germany

 

Tracert to the homepage and forum works fine, otherwise i wouldn't be able to post here.

I experienced this issue after a sudden lag spike and i was like: okay, restarting my net and now i'm stuck at "Updating Eldevin..." "Loadin core..."

yes same problem here with both the cient and the browser.

But to be honest the Client hasn't been working for me for a couple of weeks now. But the browswer worked fine. Now neither is working

picking the software verison to run eldevin will not let you open up eldevin; happend to me a few days ago.
