Started out with a nebula style abstract blue and violet abstract background doing smudgy stuff. Went to town to do some grocery shopping, came home with a whole new idea for it and scrapped the abstract to do this.

The idea is that it is a hot and humid night in the city, hence a little bit of blurriness from the haze of humidity.

the render from the back of the head/shoulders to the boarder needs to be blended better imo...
also should lower the opacity alittle on the KW in the light signal's especially in the larger ver.

Great idea and nice piece Zukira.

I agree about the text on the bat signal, needs fading back a bit.

Despite the humidity some parts of the cityscape could still do with a little detailness.

Possibly build some flow from smudging or fx too, just at Batmans side where the lights on him.
