Hello,

I'm looking to read up on the new official rules for relics.

What % gain from all relics?

How many relic can a guild control before it doesn't help?

Thank you ahead for your help.

10% is max.. If it has more than one stat it'll be empowered to 5%.. Single stat relics get empowered to 10%

It's always been my understanding and I once saw the math on it thus proving it that over 3 relics and there is a significant dip in benefit. Thus a max of 3 is really ideal. I'm sorry I don't remember the mathematics behind that, hopefully someone can provide it.

You lose a percentage of your relic defending bonus for each one you hold (easier for others to capture it) but otherwise, there is not a dip in benefit to holding multiple relics.  As jedi mentioned there is a 10% cap on bonuses and that is cumulative from all relics held so if you have 4 relics, each with a 5% attack bonus, you will still only gain 10% attack.  The remaining 10% is not applied but you are not penalized for that extra 10% either.
