Okay, The Minor Incident takes place once you've killed the 'Fat Plague'
Upon Killing him with your Sword, I've noticed that the little Indicator (Purple Circle/Arrow) Leads you to Darkness.
On the mini Map, which you can't Reach
Looks like this
Would be nice if it led to the Door Location :-)
It's not something that needs Major Attention, Just add it to your small list of Fixes.
