Is this truly as delicious as I've heard?

from wiki: In 2007 the CBC declared the outcome of an online survey on the greatest Canadian inventions of all time. Poutine arrived at No. 10, beating, among other items, the electron microscope, the BlackBerry, and the paint roller

I am from Montreal, Quebec, the birth place of poutine, and there is no food on earth better than this combination right here. Cheese curds (gotta be the real kind that squeaks when you bite into it), along with a special gravy we call poutine sauce, yes its gravy, but it tastes different than your average gravy. gotta get extra crispy fries and deep fry them in a super fatty oil, some beef lard in there wouldnt be too bad. EXTRA CRISPY fries is important as the gravy will soften them. get that gravy piping hot so it can melt the cheese, let cool a min or 2 and serve. Poutine cools down pretty fast.
