I don't believe so, it only works on potions.

No, nothing works on Prestige.
PvP Seasons promisse us Prestige as a potion, so maybe in the future it will.

currently there is no potion or skill that affects the skill level or duration of prestige !!!

Pride itself is a non-game mechanic made up buff that does little but to reward the rich, those that dabble in everything, and punish (via non-gain) those that play the way they want. It's rubbish.
I do think the leagues may be a winner if it is implemented correctly. Kudos to BG and HM for listening to feedback.
