while doing the my wife quest,i have to get down the lower ground of the cave and yet the ladder wont let me down @@ its said "you cannot use this yet".Do anyone know how to get through this quest ???

I dont remember exactly but u will hav to do something before that read it properly ...........

You have to go the long way round the first time, there is a second ladder at the back of Murky Depths level 1. Once you've met his wife you can then use the quick ladder at the cave entrance.
