getting this error when trying to boot the game, I've tried deleting internet and java cache - any ideas?

same here.can play tutorial but after it finishes I get same message when changing to main game.

one of the admins back in March on a similar issue (i can't find the post again ) suggested capturing the Java console findings in a .txt document and submitting it attached to a bug report. bug report tickets wont allow me to attach a .txt file

 

I have a .txt java console file captured after clearing cache in both java and browser (chrome) and attempting to launch game. my hope is that it may help resolve the issue, but i'm not sure how to present it to you.

 

I can confirm that 2 new testers attempting to have their 1st experience of eldevin have advised me that they were both able to generate characters and play through the void tutorial section but upon entering portal, loading screen resulted in exactly the same problem.
