two ways to tell if a problem with change:

1. complaints, pls see this thread. just because there is a complaint does not mean everyone has that problem. complaints are easier to understand if an example is given or solution offered.

2. players leaving game, you cows need to check if daily player count has changed.

the pvp attack range change seems to be a success. +1

Just to add to my disbelief earlier.

 

Halving Dark Curse game wide hasn't solved a problem at all.

 

If there were more Attack Armour sets rather than what we've had then this wouldn't have been a problem to start with.

 

There are massive Sanctuary pots available but nobody uses them, along with composing Entrench or pots. Coupled with Layered armour and Armour boost etc.

 

The problem isn't the buff. It's what's available.

 

Put hooftest on the ladder without his win button kit and play in an Armour Attack setup. Using only sets available to players and try and make your attack worthwhile.

 

While trying to go against a player with Attack Defense Damage setup, NMV on, their Flinch composed with fumble running and now with Dark Curse halved. You'll see why it's not a good idea, for PvP or PvE.

 

And I'm not saying get rid of Flinch composed either, far from it.

 

It used to be fun to dance about in sets. Now you just look and go, meh. I know we're ALL wearing the same stuff or thereabouts, wait till the pots run out.

So you've taken a PvE and PvP buff in the shape of Dark Curse that worked perfectly fine since its inception and halved it to compensate for the over powered pots that were created by yourselves rather than reducing the pot level rewards.

 

This makes no sense. Why can't you just remove the over powered Dark Curse from the pot rewards that were created like you did with the original Luxury Chest when it had Inventor II 500 in it?

 

You're now penalising the rest of the PvE to appease a problem you created yourselves in PvP.

 

Also, is Attack/Armour now blasphemy when it comes to set design? Surely you can see this?

Nice to see the roadmap.

 

If you're going to make the option to disband relics, I assume by the founder and whomever they choose to have the ability too in the guild ticky box thing of power. Surely you can save yourself time coding to not even need to make them a guild permission to take?

 

Seems a bit pointless to exclude when they can just be dropped anyway.

Good to hear things are being worked on.

 

As general feedback can we have some things that were working in the browser version fixed first before this splits into threads and workloads skew. Such as filtering in the log. The top smasher list etc. I know the app is a priority, but it's a bit of a roll eyes session when something that used to work now doesn't.

 

With regards to the app, the main bugbear new players seem to have is being dropped in with a name they didn't choose. Could you add a pop up to the next version that tells them the icon bar scrolls and the option to do it is under the cog menu along with a bit about linking their account to an email before they even start the tutorial? I know there is a help forum post about it, but the global chat seems to be where they ask first. They do get answered most of the time, but a few feel a bit silly when it's explained to them, or just go without waiting for an answer.

The log history is annoying too.

 

Doesn't filter on the buttons since the messaging update....

 

Clicking All - Currently showing: All ... the only one that's as it says

Clicking Notification - Currently showing: Notification - Still shows all

Clicking Combat - Currently showing: Guild Rank - Still shows all ... didn't see either of those coming eh?

Clicking Buffs - Currently showing: Buff - Wait! Still shows all...

Clicking Guild - Currently showing: Combat .. sure why not, still shows all...

 

With more of us composing now and the messages that come with the throw away pots the filters working would be nice.

I'd quite like to see seasons back again with the bounty board as it is now.

 

The last iteration made a mockery of the bounty hunter medal as well for those that had grinded for it.

 

Fumble was a weird one to see implemented, I'd suggest removing it completely, replacing it on the skill tree with healer at 150 and leaving it in composing. In fact all of the new buffs could be put into the skill tree, it's been an age since that's seen any attention. (capped by BE or not I don't mind)

 

If the arena stays at it is, could it at least have more tabs split into ranges? The lack of spawns for people even wanting to try after completing the novice levels for moves has always been a bit of a weird one for me to see personally.

 

The re-introduction of polls in game would be good too. I know people voice things here but it's not the be all and end all of how all people play.

It's the multi's doubling as family accounts that are the problem. Hits close to home for some i'd reckon ;). Anyways i think your retort is rather extreme. It's a simple QOL thing, game is multi cultural people logging in every hour of the clock. With proper checks and balances could be implemented properly. 

 

Anyways thread has mostly run it's course. It's apparent people want major fixes rather than small QOL things. Alot of the people voting no are voting no purely based on other things needing to be addressed first. With those other things being addressed maybe there would be no need in my opinion for this.

So we've gone from not enough stam relics and 'the top guilds hoard them.' To the cows adding more stam relics to go around.

 

Yet somehow that's still a problem when someone takes them because now you have to sit on 6 of them and you can't organise yourself in a top guild who should sit in def gear and who can stam up in epics?

Not sure what QOL you're on about, other than a slight hindrance to join a group again and take it back, or is it more about your ability to have your voice heard and organise internally?

As a guild that can't even take one, or care to, and gets by fine without them it is pretty amusing.

*picks up toys from around the pram* I believe these are yours?

Please see the attached poll, i think it would be much more interesting to beable to elect a leader on a relic. If there is no elected leader it will default to highest level.

I personally want to know that if I put a lot of time in, I will have certain advantages. What's the point of putting lots of time in if they will not exist. It's a really flawed concept that making things easily obtainable by new players and or casuals is helping them. It's actually not helping the game at all.

I have no idea, just speculating on two what could be related items to the 4700 quest being called Sinister Snowmen and the artwork. It is pretty fancy artwork for an elite I admit, guess we'll know tomorrow when people can get there and churn through the stages.

 

It being a new titan would be good with me, wasn't trying to put a downer on it all. :)
