I have returned and cant buff myself...please help i feel like a noob..

nor can seem to find the pathway to buff anyone attall...

on the classic world map, use the quick link icon 

 

or the lightning bolt icon on the right side bar, if you're in a guild

 

not sure if there's a way on the new map

 

 

edit: to buff someone else, use the lightning bolt on the right if they are in your guild

 

or go to their profile page --- quick buff
