just make suggestion for HCS 2016

please make LIVE CHAT with BigGrim / Staff Constumer Service

sometime if office HCS was close .. we must wait until officer HCS was open

if use live chat application BigGrim / Staff CS anytime online to help us if we have question ..

Support Ticket was for if payment problem or anything else about acc problem

HCS 2006 - 2015 must make transformation new game with add live chat application
