Hey HCS,

 

I'd like to thank you for the global event and handing out the chests. There are two problems that I've noticed with the chests. First, we received 6 chests instead of 3. Second, whenever they are opened, I have not received any fragments added to my composing. I have talked to two other individuals who had the same problem.

Same thing happened here.

I got 7 chests from the global event - opened them all and got 0 fragments from them

 

Please take a look at this HCS and replace the chests - if you can work out who opened them and got 0 frags already

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem, opened all 6 and got nothing from them.

same problem here. Opened a chest, get the message you gained fragments, but there is nothing added.

Yeah same here.. Hope this gets fixed or just takes some time to update

maybe best way to solve this is to not let this batch work for anybody, and then hand out a new batch. Otherwise how will you see who opened them, and who didn't?

Same here 7 chests = no frags added to totals .someone should get demoted for that one ,Proper pryor planing prevents piss poor performance ... nuff said

Well I got 6 chests not 3 like I thought it should be.... But I have not even taken them from the Mail Box... Was a good event.... But I'm not doing any thing until we know what is going on....

Hey HCS, I hit the collect button to move them from my outbox to my main folder and they all disapeared.

 

and as you can see, there are many other problems surrounding the chest as well..
