I dont have time to make avatars anymore because of school and soccer. Thank you all for voting and giving me tips on some of my work (well all of my work). I really appreciated your tips. Thank you to all that bought some from me. Take care.

You went overkill on the borders Lots of the renders are either overly sharpened or under sharpened You should try to incorporate some of your background smudging onto the actual render You battled my guild mate lilTig3r and i voted for your piece over his; keep it up and keep progressing :)

The colors of the renders and backgrounds just don't seem to go well together. Perhaps try using some gradients and effects to blend them together. The renders look a little off sometimes. Make sure when you resize, hold Shift so that it keeps the scale.

try not to use a large border...
if your avatar kind of blurry after all the edit that you make..use sharpen..it not gonna hurt ;)
also...for the background..learn to make the background with just the render...got a tutorial for that on this forum i think
it make the render and the background go well together

These might improve your backgrounds and art in general.

The more you just play around by experimenting and following tutorials, the better you get.

Nice! Yeah I heard the CS2 Master Collection is free now haha. That's awesome! :)

Good luck. I used to use CS3, I hope it's not too different.
