The purchase process freezes up the game and I had to restart my computer to get back on the game. I also have not received the package as of now, but the credit card purchase has gone through showing my receipt on facebook. Anyone else having this problem?

yes have had the same problem, sent in numerous tickets and as of yet not one response.
