After Baron came: 140-148 are now doable with just correct gearchoices and base buffs.
And Wither will give a mathematical amount of 1-hitting provided you have enough damage to 1-hit after wither . Very simple maths just like with DW,SA,SK,Assist.

Im lvl 173 and use samael void set + cu sith set + santork helm + marpolo armor and i kill with 1 hit =)
i have Rage,Berserk and Dark Curse lvl 140 =)

Cu sith is a great set, been wearing them since i can equip them, oh and at 175 -180 Cu Sith + Banshee +void ring, or if you can avail of the air javelin, replace the blade, and u can 1 hit, if you miss, the armor from banshee can save you
