Would like to suggest that these type of issues be identified on the Home Page.
This is kind of added to the recent issue with the glitch on items from the GE chest being broken.
The idea is that HCS does not have dedicated personnel in the Global Chat to efficiently respond to these issues which affect the entire game base. And those they do have... well, both those and Support could probably be saved a lot of time with game-wide notifications.
I guess a game-wide log mass could work as well (to the extent it was recently done with the log glitch...decision which I argue should have been given 48h notice, but anyway) ... perhaps with a mass to the appropriate Forum post would also work.

However, the FS Forum is not often looked at... so, yeah.
Really, I think this type of thing will be key if HCS' app is successful in drawing in more players.
Repetitious repeating of "dubious" info in the Global Chat is not very efficient and given the incapacity to code for game relevant URLs, it also makes things like this even more ridiculous.
