So I know I am jumping the gun on this as I don't know what scribe will entail, but my take from reading the general outline is that you can personalise items by having a "made by" and some other nice features.

 

If this is posiible, would it also be possible to have a "designer skill" - this would simply involve gathering flowers of certain colours - making coloured dyes - applying a new colour skin to the item. - if we are bringing in custom names/messages it shouldnt be too hard (in theory I hope) to also bring in some personalised item skins...

Uhh, sounds like Runescape? May as well add it, almost everything from this game is RS and WoW, lol

If this designer skill works on gears, it could kill the business on vanity items anyways.

So well...

PvP Relic wasn't hard to implemented I see, since it only works with PvP vanity items, and they already have the recolor system from the Battlegrounds.

 

And professions are supposed to help in dungeons. I don't think if you're in red, you'd get more DPS, and pink would give you more aggro

 

Maybe for this idea, a Non-PvP Relic that changes colors would be fine, since "fashion" is also the way that Cows make money from

Nice way to support/not support someone's idea. (Just saying cause not everyone plays WoW or RS).

Plus personalizing items and such isn't just found in games. Blue jeans would be a good example. Can have different kinds of jeans out there now... from skinny to bell-bottoms to designs like faded or ripped jeans.

There is a way to change colours on vanity, the elemental torch and the Feather head-dress. So not sure if this will ever be a feature.. but I'd prefer that in my opinion.
