look on the map, its attached to the wall....just go right i believe from the place where you get the spear and youll find it

i made with it the weapon upgrade, and when i've arrived to the Line-In socket, it said to me that i need the power spear!! if i need it from the begining why didn't it said so? now i need a new power spear, and i don't know how i can make a new one!the blue print is where? or if i have it and don't have the nightstick then i would need a new nightstick-where do i get it? I'm starting to get bored of this game, not to mention that you can't move too much.!!!!!!!
