How do I go about getting the Venom Rad Sacs

I've tried it with the snakeheads and only thing close I get Venom Glands. Can anyone help me?

The dude gives you a Venom Rad Sac blueprint.You require 3 venom glands to make 1 Venom rad sac and complete the quest.
