Mission Log Skill Point Tally Does Not Match Character

I am one of the documenters for my faction and i have run into an annoying problem. I was tracking missions (via my mission log) and i believe i have found a discrepency. I have 120 skill points on my character but only 88 SP appear in the mission log. Where did i get the other 32 points from!?



Here is what i have so far, for skill point missions. If you see a mission i missed (not likely unless the mission log is buggy) or see an incorrect SP listing PLEASE let me know.
