Medals are many months behind. He was in a guild im guessing but been kicked since hes gotten it.

Would be nice if they would make medals like the ladder. Post a notice on the home page that medals have been allocated with a link to a separate page where the actual medals are listed. That way the people who are interested could see the medals and those that are not interested wouldn't have to see them. Only the cows know how far behind they are but listing 100 medals at a time twice a day would still require a substantial amount of time to catch up to current achievements.

i personally liked the first way they did the medal announcements.. hope they eventually come back to this feature to make it better.. this couple month lag behind is a joke at this point
Would have to agree there - announcing medals months after the event is kinda pointless. Just turn off the announcement until the process is fixed properly (i.e. it doesn't cause a lag spike when announcing too many) ...
Does anyone even care about Joe Bloggs getting a medal anyway ??

I'm gonna agree with the others, just turn the announcements off until it can be done properly. All it does is cause problems(lag) and nobody cares about the medal announcements, even the winners.

Just doubling or tripling the max amount per announcement will clean this up in a month or two. Not sure why they had to cap this this small a number when the thing can be minimized.
Edit: just for reference, when someone recently got a gold guild loyalty in our guild, silver showed up literally that day. Think it was in November that this happened. So we're a bit over 3 months behind in delay on medal announcements last I tried looking at it.

I believe some Medals don't need to show at all.
Global Quest Qualifier, Loyalty, Recruiting, Annual Service and Phoenix, but that is just my opinion.

on chrome press f12 and search for the desired item that you want to visually alter
