Can you make me an avi that embraces the party/ tropical / wolf of wall street type of outlook its for a guild those are my guidlines i guess whatever your price ill pay if i like and ive seen your work so i probably will be creative!

Hey Chagryn I'm going to ask for an unusual request. I need a signature that is 1560 x 1440. In this signature I would like a background with this exact texture:
I would like for the text to say: No Flex Code
I would also like an image of a GTA V charter style girl having their mouth covered with duct tape. In the duct tape I would like for the text "Code" from the text "No Flex Code" on the duct tape in sharpie covering the character's mouth. The rest of the words do not have to be involved in the character. I understand this might sound confusing so I'm gonna break it down a little simpler. GTA V female character of your preference with duct tape covering their mouth with the text "Code" on it, and the rest of the text aligned next to it, spread out evenly among the signature. Please allow the lettering to be large enough to grab attention. I know this order is very tough, and I am willing to pay 60 FSP for this order. Thank you 
BTW heres an example of how I would like the GTA V character's face zoomed in the signature. (Btw is for youtube)

I'm still all out of creativity at the moment. I know if this were a real shop and I did it as a real job you'd all be baying for blood, but it's not. So you can't
I know it's not going to make you happy, bu I also know you all want my best work and that's just not happening at the moment. Too much work and not enough play is not making Ath a creative boy.
