hey folks, i trid to make a few new AH filters two days ago and today, but there not working? tested it many times, used the first 4-5 letters of certain items i had in my AH and said No items to display, try changing your filters to the left. but i do have items in AH????? any one else having problems? how do i fix this?

I can do a search. Nothing wrong with that. Filters under the keyword search work for me

Save?I'm sure OP is talking about the filters you can save in AH
Is that a Helper thing?

Go to auctions
Left column - pick whatever filters you want - currency, rarity, key word(s)
At the bottom of that column there is an option to save that set of filters
(Now go back and read the op)

STILL NOT FIXED??? come on HCS cant be that hard to fix lol, i notice ever time you save some thing it makes up random stuff on selections on the left... FIX THIS PLEASE!! speaking of this app, is it ready to use yet lol ....MRHAHAHA

BG said something in global chat when Springtime Forest opened. Like they know about the problem and plan on fixing it during the next update.
So make sure to get your Elite Pack now. While it's on sale. Maybe the update will come sooner than later

"grants buff" filter is now fractured, alphabetically...can any one else confirm?
I've also noticed this fracture in some of the letters in the guild A-Z lists

I'm busy... holiday in the UK (where I am not). Hopefully HCS will respond to this efficiently tomorrow.
Oh wait, maybe my bad... this post was from a couple weeks ago. Odd this hasn't been responded to by an HCS admin.
Is it fixed?
I don't know. Maybe file a support ticket?
I get confused a lot but highly suggest that any little issue, you file a support ticket for.
BG tends to point us that way.
