Titanforged runes

my idea would be to add runes with a 5% drop chance on the titan kill that able you to teleport to titan areas using 1 stamina, they would only have 1 use each and unbound(destroyed after use). Each titan would drop its own personal rune and they would ignore quest and level requirements to enter that area via the rune(Areas that have quest/level requirements would only enable you to navigate through titan spawn maps and wont allow you to go to the area previous to the titan areas, also any gear requirements to kill a titan then wont apply, you will be automatically teleported out of the area after 24 hours if your still there). - after using the rune all your buffs are reduced by 25 levels(any buff that is and will be active on you) and enchantments maximum percent would be 80% for 24 hours.

So if understood correctly, each titan would have a X.XX%(dependent on the cows after implementation) chance to drop a usable item that would instantly teleport you from wherever you(the player) are in the realms to a random titan area location dependent on which titan it came from for a cost of one(1) stamina. The item would have to be bound to said player that killed the titan or a level requirement implemented with each rune. On top of that, you would have the ability to kill said titan without any gear but have buffs and enhancements reduced as a result of the rune being used. Not to sounds like a complete douche but you have to reevaluate your concept because the cows (HCS) will never approve or implement said item.

Don't think Titans need extra incentive.

A good edit would be 5% chance when you secure a titan. I think the debuffs using a rune should be even higher but thats up to cows if they even want something like this.
