I would say you have some points which aren't necessarily bad but also at the same time not necessarily needed, replenishment is pretty useless id say overall same with dark of night, Dark of night can actually be annoying by messing up pulls for the tank so id avoid that all together, Flame buffet isn't needed on a PVE basis as it doesn't boost the damage just give a few second stun which can also be irritating for the tank if trying to cast despair etc, some of these points can be put to better use for offheals in the healer tree incase of healer death etc or self healing in worst case scenarios/soloing etc.

I also noticed you are missing chilling for that tasty blizzard damage, this build should suffice for now. it's from my free builds page.

I personally wouldn't recommend static discharge, as your build isn't crit-based. The 4/8% crit chance is too small to make a difference if you aren't crit-based. I personally agree with everything kj has said. : ) Otherwise, good build, in my opinion, for dungeons!

It depends on whether you want to do more solo or group/dungeon work.

I use this an most of my mages and it's worked well for me when soloing and groups. I just have to remember not to use some things when doing dungeon runs as they can draw mobs from tank.

If you decide you want more on the healing side for things like dungeons, then prophmage may be worth looking at instead of mage.
