I've been wondering about the Account level page and the Rewards - Unlocks and why they are empty. Is it just not finished, has this been forgotten? HC can you shed some light on this subject, i have been asking around and it's really got people curious.

Yea. boosts for all account characters. 
+10% Attack Power
+10% Armor
+10% Speed increase
+10% Critical rating
+10% HP/MANA regeneration rating
Would be really hight and very useful rewards.

Account page was added during beta phase 3 Last phase before lunch - Almost 2 yrs now over all did say coming soon for lonest time till removed text. Over all still not much in way of update on this limited info.
Only use vault Gold cap as free player, Max lvl 50 is obtainable.
