I encountered a bug where two of my attacking ships reached the opponent in the same 1 second and both ships fought the defending troops and encountered their own losses and each ship killed all the defender's units.  Ship 1 that I sent off was a little slower than ship 2 that i sent off, but the amount of time I'd spent selecting troops happened to be exactly the total time difference so they both arrived at the target at the same time.
