I love actually playing my character and exploring the content at all levels, including crafting and harvesting.  The problem is, the lower levels zoom by too quickly to be enjoyed.  And that content becomes less challenging way too quickly.

 

I would love to be able to level my harvesting / crafting professions up without advancing my overall character level.  As I'm well aware that I'm a minority and wanting to level slower, I would just like the personal option to slow down my own leveling.

 

Basically, I just want a simple toggle like many other MMOs offer.

basically the ability to manually lvl up instead of automatically

xping used to be way harder back then aswell they just increased the xp gain

Oh, there was an xp gain increase since I last played? I suppose that explains why I'm playing casually + doing most things for the first time and I'm already way past where I was when I played Eldevin in 2014. The only time I've found completing quests difficult is when I was playing my full vitality tank by myself.
