When invited to a group i'd like to see who is in it first so I can decide if i'd like join or not.

 

If I have someone on ignore I don't really want to be associated with them nor help them.

agreed this is a very useful thing to add. someone was asking me if i wanna tank for asv. the one asked me is a healer with full equip 45 jewel etc sure i can help. the other 3 dps doesnt have jewel set and one still dont have lvl 45 weapon. took us 90min to finish asv and all 4 boss enrage. without dying even once. not enough dps.

Yes could be used for that aswel I suppose.

 

You can look like a right arse if you join a group and then leave due too having issues with a player. I know each player has their own morals, different things annoy different people and my friends could be friends with someone I really dislike. Sometimes you just don't want the hassle.

 

I have to say though I am friends with alot of people I don't choose to ignore someone lightly unless they've done something too warrant me not liking them.

Nice suggestion. If this is implemented, there will be no more awkward moments!
No more tank/healer saying,"Im lagging too much now, find another to replace me. Sorry guys"!
No more logging out for 5 minutes or more and hoping you got kicked already when you log in!

No more, somebody joins, then quits party within 5 secs with everyone going wtf what happened because the guy never said anything.  

 

Or tank/healer going brb, gonna make a sandwich, then doesn't return after 30 minutes.  After party breaks up, you see him going "tank/healer LFG RG/BT" in world chat.

 

Or tank/healer/dps disconnecting, then you go to another server to look for replacement and see him there. 

 

Or party needs a dps, then you go I have a friend. Then guy comes, leaves cuz he won't run with XXX. Then the tank goes what, can't believe you invited him, then leaves too. 

 

 

 

Ahahaha, seems that while the community is generally quite friendly, there are many personal animosities going on XD
