People shouldn't get achievements for respeccing into different builds or being the first to react milestones

It's not about skills being OP..: the skill tree is mostly fine, it's about people complaining and not willing to use strategy against a certain class or classes bevayse they are unwilling so they scream NERF!!!!

Prophets only reach 80% haste with a double haste roll and all procs and buffs active
Even then, they aren't using a 1 hand and shield like most mageprophs
They also don't don't have a skill like the Rangers hemmorage which is a bleed and can be spammed and also increases damage dealt to a target
Mages have more flashy tricks and rangers have more DPS
Don't nerf BB, don't nerf Rangers.

Something you can craft/buy/etc that re rolls the spell/ranged/mellee def on your gear to spell/melee/ranged dodge haste attack power healing etc etc
Here's the catch: to make it a gold/time sink it "malfunctions" and doesn't roll the stat you want ie: Itll roll melee on a spell based light armor and the chance of it rolling max roll for 1 stat is really really rare
