Because in my alliance we have found this time could change between 1 and 20 minutes.

Is it possible to create some alliance between alliances or some non agression pact.

If the answer is yes is it possible to get new page in the information about the alliance view.

How can we change the leader of our alliance because is offline during more than 5 days and now our alliance is stuck and we can't improve it anymore.

Please help my alliance and me to solve this problem.
