Are the hefty set bonuses from the 3300+ elite sets the new normal (in an attempt to make elite gear useful)? Or a mere accident?

Very good question. I have not noticed that before. The set bonuses seem to be more or less equal to those of LE sets...

Well, it was noticed that it was obviously broken by other players. Not you?

I can't remember a time a unique set was bugged like that. Safe to assume it was to be intended as did a lot of others. Errors should be fixed sure. I don't disagree but why should everyone who forged it be punished for HCS error. It's a useless set now.
 
Lot's of paths to fix this other than the easy way out.
 
A. Turn it into a high lvl respawnable LE with a questline like the plague. We lack something like this up here
 
B. Fix the stats and refund the forges.
 
C. Anything other than what was done.
 
Safe to assume about 90%+ of the fsps in game were purchased through the HCS shop for MONEY.

Nope. It was an OBVIOUS error. That's why a player brought it to our attention. There have NEVER been Elite Sets with bonus' like that.

Furthermore, please do not assume anything about where FSP in the game come from.

isnt there a rule about expolting known errors in the game ,if so didnt thay do it ,like they didnt know they the stats wrong ,after all they are at eoc so they being here and playing game for a few years
