Wouldn't this logical approach have to be broadened to other -problematic areas?

The over-bearing amount of Low-level runes.

Pullus - 50 stam
+2 stam gain
+2 xp

Vortex (LEVEL 400)
25 stam
+2 stam gain
+2 xp

Venoxa
100 stam
+2 stam gain
+2 stam gain

Should pullus's stam be on venoxa and venoxa's stam be on vortex?

Though i agree with the approach! +1

Yes...

Something like you could use a number of them together to make an even stronger Epic. You add more and more until it reaches a certain cap.

It would rid the game of excess while giving it that "Epic" feeling back, since it's harder to get those stronger Epics :)

Isn't this the purpose of Tiered epics? :D

Wouldn't a present solution be to massively increase the EXP required to level after a certain point at EoC, allowing longevity of said content? So e.g for the 100 level drop that happened earlier this year for EoC. Idk current stam/level values, so lets just assume.

Pre-EoC (Was EoC before content dropped fully buffed of-course)
Stam/Level value : 1000

New content/New EoC
Stam/Level value : A lot higher than 1,000 for the current example lets say 10,000

This would increase the length at which content is consumed. So E.g, the new level 100 content would've required at-least 1,000,000 stamina to go through, which would represent nearly a year of stamina generation. Or possibly higher. This gives EoC players something to -hunt for-persay, while also decreasing the speed at which content is consumed.

I thought about this for a little bit, and this is what I've concluded.

We're in a period of null. It's a transition period from an older generation to a newer generation. Games going to your phones is the next big thing. Games stuck on the browser are your old-school isque type games.

It solves a lot of the problems the game actually currently faces, and allows them to actually cater towards that.

Why?

  • With a more consistent basis of having people joining the game, there is more reason to re-invest in areas of the game that low level players are likely to come across early on.
  • This then allows them to extend the process over the vast majority of the content that has been ''lacking'' in the current day and age. As there is more demand due to more advertisement and so on so forth.

Obviously I think established players and the community are going to have a huge part in that. Explaining so much content to new players.

Otherwise, there is no real reason for them to update older-based content like : unfinished quests (though in relation from what I was aware, the person who worked on said epic quest left HCS so i mean yeah), and various other things.

Fixing the problems of the game won't fix the new-player-experience. And in this day and age for the most part, a lot of it is on their phones :P.
