Never had any problems selling to this NPC til today. I've tried logging out and back in and switching to the other servers. I can drag my items to the sell window but when I click "sell," the window/item blinks and the items are still in my inventory.
Edit: Went to Blacksmith Jotan in Nidaros and I can't sell anything to him either.

I had a similar issue selling fish at greenreef yesterday. I had to close the window and talk to him again. I was queued for PvP at the time, not sure if that matters.
You can put the items in the sell window, but the sell button does nothing when clicked.

It is usually cuz the last item u put in [it's sell cost] was not added into the total sell cost, if u remove the last one from trade window and then click "Sell" it would sell it.
