We have suggest his long time, but time to bump and get the hand from the coffe and start working to made better loot/reward when we kill worldboss. and i know you have more or less stop update eldevin but if you add like 2 lv/year i think more play

How about this Kid? Gems, mounts, vanity, weapons and armor? They could do like they do with dungeons and make a point system for WB kills and acquire the various items stated above. So they could do like weapons and armor that you can only get through doing World Bosses, similar to ASV and ARG. They could also do Mounts that look like the World Bosses. I could see vanity pieces that make you look similar to the World Bosses and possible maybe an emote of their roars or something along that line. Anything that is World Boss related so that it brings ppl back to doing WB's.

tbh would be better if they just upgraded the gems you get from them to abs

You don't need better drops, the game is dead and you can complete the game anyway regardless of what the world boss drops. Just be happy with what you have.
