I recently made it to lvl 400 as a purist and I chose to get the psionic storm skill/buff. Looked like a nice buff (@ skill lvl 140 should add 14% to attack and damage - not sure if that's based on the weapon's attack and damage, my base stats or everything - please clarify). When I've activiated the buff and look at my character, it doesn't show any increase in my overall stats. I use a purist spear which is ammo based so how come it's not reflected in my stats? When I turn on like attunement and check my stats, it shows that adjustment.
What gives?
