I am doing the (Epic) Quest Gate of The Abyss. I am currently in the Paladir Forest East Hidden Grove. 

 

I am trying to find a Paladir Elemental so I can make the Growth Stone, but I cannot find any of them. 

 

I checked the UFS Guide and it says they spawn there 100%. I have been walking around for about thirty minutes now and have not found a single one.
