The new level 5 gear why cant we sell them its taking up backspace

Ok we have like level 600 joining level 200 things and wining it not giving any other people a chance we should have groups like 1-50,51-100.101-150,151-200,201-250,251-300,301-350,351-400 etc.... and we should have fsp arenas and lower levels will have a chance to win a item or something like that
