If Hoof implements it (which I think would be a bad move, personally) then you get what you get - a better one, a similar one, or a worse one - you're taking a gamble by re-rolling ...
It's not a gamble if you're assured of getting a "better" one ..
This is my Point.... I really think it will be a bigger waste than not... But that is just my thoughts....

Really it is ruined for those that can't afford the pots.... Still to me it would be so much better for PvP ladder to be unbuffed...

Well for lower level Players like myself the Big pots can help us out in PvP.. So not sure just what can be done.... Though from my time on the Ladder good level 175 buffs and I am hard to beat... I would much rather see buffs for ladder use taken out of the Picture completely... Make PvP just that Player VS Player not Player VS who has the most money to spend on Buffs....
