Truthfully, the browser version is my preferred method. It's just my current situation that forces me to play via the smartphone app. The fact it's in beta really shouldn't matter, and sounds more like a poor excuse to not offer some sort of compensation. Transition between updates should be smooth, and plenty of other games in beta manage it. That aside, getting back in to it hasn't been easy, and not sure how long I'll be around for this time, but will be here for the foreseeable future despite some rumours floating around of the game dying (Paladins had the same rumours floating around like four years ago and is still going strong). Heck, may even decide to invest in the game some more. Just hope you guys get the game back up soon.
