I was thinking For Frack Sake is unstoppable no offense to them there the best of the best, but i think lower guilds should have a chance of reaching the top 250. like my Own guild PAIN.

What a guild really needs is purples to buy gears and upgrades.
A lot of purples. Gold tax barely helps.
I know a guild founder who said, if you have less than 3000 fsp, don't start a guild.
You'll end up wasting your investment.

That is absolutely true.Guild Level is just an illusion. It means absolutely nothing.

A lot of purples. Gold tax barely helps.

Though with only two people, who happen to be from FFS and AL, saying that, it sounds something like "only rich people say money isn't important". But let me explain.
[Warning]
Guild XP is based on the XP of players and the formula (after level 10) for the total XP for the next level, which is Level^3 * 10 (so Level * Level * Level * 10). For example, level 601 requires 600^3 * 10 = 2,160,000,000 XP.
Every level a player needs the XP requirements for the next level minus the total XP he has on the beginning of his current level. So he needs (Level^3 * 10) - ((Level-1)^3 *10) to get to the next level. This can be rewritten to the easier to use formula of (Level-1) * Level * 30 + 10. For example, a level 600 player needs 600 * 599 * 30 + 10 = 10,782,010 to get to the next level.
This XP per level is linked to the XP that the guild gets, because 20% of the XP that a player gains through levelling goes towards the guild.
Now let's compare this level 600 player with level 300, 150 and 1200 ones; they are 1/2, 1/4 and 2x his level, but the XP per level will be 1/4, 1/16 and 4x.
The level 300 player will need to get 2,691,010 XP for the next level, the level 150 needs 670,510 XP, and the level 1200 needs 43,164,010 XP. Compared to the level 600 player the level 300 player needs 25% of the XP per level, the level 150 player needs 6.25% of the XP per level and the level 1200 player needs 400% of the XP per level.
[Warning]
Since an equal part per player of the XP goes to the guild, it requires 4 players of level 600 to keep up with 1 level 1200 player; it requires 16 level 300 players to keep up with 1 level 1200 player and it requires 64 level 150 players to keep up with 1 level 1200 player.
That's is quite unbalanced in my opinion.
A guild with only 10 level 1200 players will outgrow a full guild with 125 level 300 player because of this unbalance.
That is why Guild XP is a very poor indicator of the success of guilds.

Personal opinion: The world is filled with too many people that believe they are owed something for nothing. Working for something and getting it makes that something more rewarding in the long run.

Absolutely not. It would be a slap in the face to those that have worked hard to get what they have just to have a new guild just be handed something for nothing.

I agree, but I think making a seperate (additional) list by founding year (akin to a player's monthly list) would be a much better idea.
By making a second list for guilds based on the year they were founded would actually be really interesting and could help to share the rich history of this game with newer players.
Going to my above point, different than the player monthly list, anyone should be able to see the top list if any year

That is a valid idea. I could go for that.

i understand but therefore FFS can't be over taken, but The A team is so high because most of there players are over 1000That is absolutely true.Guild Level is just an illusion. It means absolutely nothing.

XP is the most irrelevant measure of a player or guild in the game and has no relation to excellence.

lol why do you think who pvp "offline" players is better than anyone else?put together 124 of the "top" pvpers in one guild have them declare war on ffs or angelife or any other top 10 guild ,it will not take long to see who wants to hide and who are really good at the game.
XP is the most irrelevant measure of a player or guild in the game and has no relation to excellence.

Well I guess the fact that after dozens of wars pvpers still have never been beaten frequently taking on guilds and allies with many more members ,levels and still winning ..whether they hit online offline or whatever no one has beaten them period ...no matter how you spin it...

you must be mistaken if you think 1 pvp guild ever was warring 1guild vs 1guild
whatever no guilds got beaten by pvpers .. they just lost some free Xp
Different style of playing doesn't make one is better than other
