The respec cooldown seems to resetting before 60 days, I remember respeccing just before Christmas and I checked my cooldowns today and found I had the option to respec back.

 

I think I remember this happening before but I never reported it because I thought it was just a one off and wasn't quite sure what happened.

 

The only thing I can think of which is causing this is when a update is pushed in it resets the cooldown.

Arguably, anything that modifies talents in any way (or the impact of attribute point assignments too) should reset the respec cooldown.  (And 1.03c did that, with the Benediction change.)

 

After all, the logic for a particular build may be undermined by such a change.

This is debatable, I agree to some extent but if it's a general bug where after every fix it's being reset it should be changed otherwise there's no point paying for a respec if you can expect a free one atleast every week from a hotfix.

 

However if it was a one off because of a talent change it wouldn't hurt to clarify that they were giving one.

Yes.  If it's intentional, it should be documented in the release notes.

On Fallen Sword when they release new buffs they give a free Buff reset.... So I would think it is the same here when some thing is altered they gave a Free re-spec .. Not 100% positive but seems to me they would... As for why it is note on the patch note I have no clue... I also know a couple other game they did it with....

Some geting reset other's likemy self stilll on cool down so this bug!

This is indeed a bug, it will require a fair amount of debugging so it may take a while to get fixed. Meanwhile enjoy randomly resetting cooldowns (in between server restarts) while it lasts. This is not intentional.

This only happened once - after the patch with the Frozen Spires - so i thought its no Bug and didnt report it.

 

 

After every other skill change (like benediction one) there was no free respecc - so i was thinking it was because of the rather high nerf on frozen spires where so much whining in forums was.

 

 

I watched my respecc possibility after every patch so far, but only once with the Frozen Spire update, this happened - and there everyone had it resetted, that used it before the patch
