An idea has just hit me. When a player has been a pain in the a$$ in a guild you just kick him/her. Then he/her might stay in contact with one of your guild members. So why don't we add a new thing that Bans Players From Guilds. That can stop them from having contact with anyone else inside the guild or joining in any other future such as when a new founder has been selected.
Hope you like my Idea and i want your feedback. I would really appreciate that.

Now that is just unethical. Having the option to ban everyone in your guild from ever speaking to a player that you kick just isn't right. You just can't ban other people from speaking to someone you don't like.
Note: I'm saying you as a general term, not meaning you specifically.

TBH, I've seen some pretty silly suggestions in the forum over the years - and, this ranks right up there with them ...
This suggestion would do FAR more harm than any (potential) good ..

Wow, sorry but this idea might be the worst idea I've heard. Someone take a dose of bitterness? Might as well sew/add scarlet letters to their bio. Here's an idea: ignore them, they eventually go away...

Ihaveahalo .... uh, I think your halo is having a few problems. It's okay we all understand it can be uncomfortable when someone is attacking you and your guild with negative messages. Obviously there is a conflict and you're uncomfortable with what is being said. I do understand where you're coming from as we've had to kick people from our guild, but this isn't your solution. Be patient. Do your best to not be emotional when responding to negativity.
Your best approach is just to move on and try to be focus on new, positive things and getting input from your guild as to where they'd like to go from here.

We could just have the option to ban people from guild, then they couldn't ask to join again or be recruited back while banned.
About the topic matter, there's already something known as "Ignore List".
This would save a lot of trouble with people inviting people by accident who did something to where they wouldn't be welcome to the guild they acted in a nasty way to previously.
