I'm looking to buy a sword as i just changed to a templar, i'm level 11, looking for a sword with 60+ DPS?

The level 11 quest for Northam crypt will reward you with a nice 1-h weapon, also if you kill the boss a few times he will drop a 66dps pickaxe that is pretty awesome. Not sure this helps since you seem to be lacking a weapon, but those are the best lvl 11 1-h's I know of.

No there's not, but as Loaf suggested killing the miner mini-boss in the crypt will eventually reward you with an equally nice 1h pickaxe.
You can even keep it to mine ores.
