Bad, missleading and wrong tooltips, talents, buffs etc.

There is quite lot tooltips that are simply wrong or confusing. I think all of what i know has been reported but nothing been done so i made little list of few of them to remind HCS...

 

Templar:

 

Heroic Throw – Is supposed to silence 2/4 yards around target of jolt but silences 2/4 yards around caster

 

Spiked Armor – Reflects 10%-40% Incoming damage back at attackers, and incoming means not hit yet so it should reflect damage that havent taken armor into calculation.

 

I Feel Your Pain/Empathy – Only transfers damage taken by target not aggro, but makes target generate less aggro?

 

Glaciate – Ally that is targetted by this spell continue taking damage, be it direct hits or Dots.

 

Assassin:

 

Massacre – Damage increase by it isnt shown anywhere and it doesnt effect Dots

 

Ranger:

 

Napalm – Tooltip on talent tree says burns 25/50/75% of damage over 6 seconds while debuff/Dot on enemy says 15/30/45% over 6 seconds

 

Call of the Wild – Summon gets stuck and stops attacking from time to time

 

Mage:

 

Intense Focus – Should increase total focus by 5%/10% but increases base focus which is 49 at lvl 49 if no points put into it.

 

Engulf – Outside battleground can only cast on yourself or enemy mob. Spell itself says "Target: Single (Any)" which leads to believe you can cast it on ally.

 

Void Portal – Summon gets stuck and stops attacking from time to time.

 

As for prophet talent stuff.. someone who knows more should say it since i only got confused thinking about it.

 

Other tooltip stuff: Northam Obelisk Blessing states it gives 5% armor but it gives 5% defense.

Spectral Barrage:

Very missing skill drsciption.

show's 2 With naple issue.

 

Of the dmage - not sure what that means - Damge done to targe = dmg out put ?

Hit traget for 1500 dmg - deal 221 Dmg to taget for 6 sec not sure what means bye of the damage.

 

Other issue,

Stealth Shots - reduce threath 5/10/15% - Oblisc in mythos 10% how can one even tell if threath is reduced start with ?

 

Adrenaline Rush - Unstoppable

15% dmg bost for next 3 sec - clearly working but there nothing being shown or any way see that 15% for 3 sec is in effect.

 

Fire Oblsic: 5% dmg - nothinh shown on stats page see if what being effectect bye this bost.

 

Healing oblisc 5% gain near to3 - Nothing is physicaly being bosted on stat page show gaining 5% - Over all dose look like get bosted to healing thought get hidden buff.

 

Other things as well, threath Genrated.

Defance stance - furtifed threath coused 100% - how can be cousing 100% threath still lose threath soem one els ? + other skill giving me more threath % - not sure how that works.

for this added UI Threath - Coused tool tip might help solve some these threath based skill - issue.

dogma crits but doesn't give on crit effects like think fast or intensify spirit

 

flame rush and adrenaline rush refresh your cc immunity debuff wich can be abused to give you permanent cc immunity

It feels bit like scam when you have to pay 250ep for respec and then skills dont do what they are supposed to.. :P

if u r talking about the redemp thing .. i found it and reported it the same day .. its been 154 days since i sent in a ticket for it .. lol ...

redeption no clue on LC - Issue stacking time.  unable say any more as that would be for support tiket.

Further LC issue - ASV - LC never ending - in part with stacking issue - PvP Issue for some time mostly been fixed.

Even thought not standing any pool - LC debuff bleed still in effect for much longer duration then should. Speacil when not even standing pool of LC start with should remove debuff when no longer standing on it.

 

Snear belt - hiting even after death - Died rez back to base mostly in pvp - Hit bye there snear belt even thought died no longer in range yet some how get sneared.

 

Skill discription issue.

Agree with what say here Income before dmg reductionin place. Very miss leading wounder why reflect dmg deal so little.

Even stacking with repent dmg is still perty low.

 

With repent at least say dmg taken then sent back to attacker unlike spkie armor  should say the same.

Reptance refecese 25% of the damge resived back at the attacker.

 

Basic how spikearmor work same way as repent - Very missing lead say icoming dmg as clearlt working as same discption as repent.

 

Side: Issue

 

on top of spikeamor why can't i use this on other players during pvp ? - Limited to summons physicly use Spiekarmore limited Dmg sent back almost not worth it, alow me use furing pvp don't issue why i can tuat enemy player so can use one few skill i have for dealing dmg.

 

dimlure issue - PvP - PVE - casting Engulf on player during pvp works why can't i cast on player freandy tarteget during PvE ?

 

far better option alow use on tank - simlure with repnt alow cast on tank for extra rebound - More functional then self useage as - mage - healer tanking no dmg speacly healer with upgrade.

Repent should be able to cast on allies same for engulf and upgraded redeem shouldnt give aggro

Some that were missed - 

 

Templar:

 

Stouthearted - is supposed to increase defense bonuses from Heavy Armor by 2/4/6%, but affects the armor from shield too (which isn't Heavy Armor)

 

Revenge - Not all negative status effects proc this talent, but I can't recall which ones at the moment

 

Warrior:

 

Maelstrom and Two Right Feet - Maelstrom overrides all slows while it lasts. This is most noticeable in ICC.

 

Bane and Destruction - "Bane creates a wide cone of destruction striking down foes in your path."

Even when I'm standing 0.2 yard away from a mob while facing it and using Bane on a mob behind it, this still doesn't hit properly. After much testing, it seems that it hits in a wide ARC (curved line, not an area) which is very hard to aim since you need to be a fixed distance away from the enemy.

 

Assassin:

 

Watch Your Step - "Your Frozen Spires now slows targets by 5/10/15% and inflicts an additional 10/20/30% Melee DPS."

Frozen Spires deals two kinds of damage: instantaneous damage, and damage over time. Based on the description, one would think that it now deals additional 10/20/30% instantaneous Melee DPS, but this damage is actually added to the damage over time.

 

Blood Siphon - Skills aren't clearly defined as bleeds or not. Which skills are affected by this talent, exactly?

 

Prophet:

 

Righteous Indignation - Same as templar Revenge; not all negative status effects are cancelled or ignored with Repent active. Frozen Spires <Trapped>, Stun, Knockdown, Cower (SV snake and BT Lady Karis), Sleep (SV Wraith)

 

 

Besides these, there's also the incorrect ranges of skills listed in my other topic and the skills with two types of range that weren't mentioned in the description.
