How should aliens and territory work?

  1. Leave it as it is. They should wipe territory as they spawn. (3 votes [4.41%])

    Percentage of vote: 4.41%

  2. Contest territory when they spawn. Slowly ticking it down like a dropship would. (33 votes [48.53%])

  3. Aliens should ignore territory, leaving it intact like Black Ops. (32 votes [47.06%])

This is a quick poll to collect opinions on how people think alien territory should work. There has been a lot of debate on the mater in Discord lately.

i like n ° 2 but now kind off need the option n° 3 that will be my vote .

& are the cache coming back any time soon ?

They reported that the caches will be coming back, if memory serves...a 10% chance for 10 of them with each green aa...

Aliens should reduce the territory to neutral after 5 minutes so you only have a short time to 'safe' your territory. It should definitely not be "slowly" ticking down.

 

If option 3 is implemented how can I ever get close to a target again? Bye bye PVP aspect of the game. I would quit playing.

I seriously don't understand why players would ever pick option 3... It's literally the most extreme option, you should play a different game if that's what you want.

What, so if we vote for option #3 then all the wallet warriors will rage quit the game because it's more difficult to farm players 10% of their strength??

Invaders should follow the same rule as Aliens and not wipe out alliance land.

what about implanting a rule which would prevent a player attacking someone much smaller ? (to attack the level difference must be less than 5 and no more than 50% power difference). Exception for inactive players (or players without an alliance), which could be attacked by everybody.

Delta2 has a lot of Lvl 22 bases that are loosely associated with an alliance. These rouge / lone-wolf players port around and spend hours killing aliens in an established hive. If you try to take the alien before they do, they get angry and hit all the small players in the alliance. If you let them take the aliens, they sit there for days, killing aliens...because aliens populate in an established hive FAR more often than neutral areas. Those players in an established alliance, spend most of their time re-capturing territory inside the hive. The only “winner” out of this is those rouge players. Certainly, this part of the game does not reward players for being in an alliance. So, why have alliances?

Maybe adjusting the time to re-capture the territory? It typically takes 6-7 hours to get a tile to turn blue. Maybe 2 hours instead? Or not allow aliens to destroy the captured land. Maybe allow the game to have aliens populate more often in neutral territory than a hive?

Some lvl 22 players will argue that they won’t be able to port into an alliance area to hit a player....well, they can use speed-ups, instead.

Exactamente es demaciado abusivo que los más grandes de asienten a lado de una colmena solo para estar matando alienígenas y como lo dijo un compañero su se los quitar terminan por enojarse y empiezan con los berrinches y atacan sin piedad a los pequeños uno parece que debe estar a la espera de nuevos agujeros, no termina de capturar un agujero cuando ya te está esperando otro agujero más si realmente la administración quiere hacer algo deberá hacer lo correcto de lo contrario solo seguirá igual que siempre la administración quiere sorprender con cambios pues empiezen por optar #3 y listo

I'm probably a little late to this conversatio but my thoughts on alines . 

 

let aliens behave like outposts when they spawn . .

 

they slowly claim or neutralize a 3x3 section
