Hey I have noticed that when I am in party even if I am in a deifferent map or far away from my teammates I am getting reduced exp. It would be understandable if my party member would receive a portion of that exp but they get nothing while im receiving less exp. I think that depending on the distance the party members are from each other the exp cut should be disabled.
